Shadowline grille and inserts fitting cost

Ducts/inserts £93.92 inc VAT Labour to fit ducts/inserts £324.00 inc VAT Total = £417.82 Plus Grille inc fitting, total price £267.56 inc VAT Total price for grille, inserts and labour = £685.38 inc VAT Now I understand its a bumper off job for the grille. But surely once the bumper is off for the grilles, fitting the inserts is easy? Or am I missing something?
