Tuning

Has anyone had their 235 remapped or a tuning chip installed

I’ve just seen this chip on tdi tuning and was wondering if anyone has one and if the gains are realistic as everywhere else I’ve looked has only offered me around 35bhp but here seems confident they can get me around 60bhp

I've gotten a Celtic Tuning stage1 tune, which got my car to push similar numbers. So it is indeed possible/realistic. P.S. Im pretty sure there are multiple threads for this already.

Have you had it on a dyno or anything since yours got remapped just find it strange how there’s only very few companies able to achieve this figure

Your best bet is to get tuned properly , if your car is unlocked you can tune yourself with bootmod3.

My car is definitely unlocked, every proper dyno tuner I’ve contacted only seems to offer me around 35bhp which is considerably less than what this chip and Celtic tuning offer.

I don’t think 35bhp warrants a 4-500 pound remap to be honest.

What’s this bootmod3? I’ve never heard of it
