Our 7 month old 228 was in a front end collision. No one was seriously hurt. Hit and Run, they didn’t even stop after cutting across an intersection colliding with our front end and jumping on the highway. No air bags deployed, curiously.

Total loss after light back and forth with insurance. Bent rails. 25K estimate to repair before BMW gets a hold of it for codes and repairs they can only address.

We will miss her and thank her for collapsing the front end to minimize the effect on the cabin. We loved the Dakota Leather as those were hard to find.

Replaced with a Storm Bay Metallic 22 with about the same amount of miles.
