You could do weird things with different colors with individual currently, like combining blue, sakhir, and beige on different parts of the interior if you wish (granted likely wouldn't be approved), plus you could pick certain body colored trim accents, so I could see them making it possible to have a body colored leather, albeit at a $15k or so price tag.

I think I would really have liked the seat color combo if the blue was black. I.e a full black interior with exterior color match were this show car is São Paulo yellow. A bit like color coded stitch but much more visible to give some oomph to the black interiors.

Frozen Grey M3 (I saw that one) Isle of Man Green M4 (didn't see it yet) Honestly, it's brutal and the older generation is going to be destroyed once they release this one. Can't wait for my car

Just saw the M4 minutes ago at Monticello now.
Waiting for the class to start so just a short blerb. Pretty much in line with what others saw . SPY looked like it had a little lime green in it. Maybe the fluorescent lights had an effect. The car is big, like M6 big. The front end is entirely too busy, and that grille....is very in-your face. I must say though, it doesn't look as big as in pictures (maybe the contrast of black against SPL). The grille had an M4 Competition badge on front, but none on back. The BMW NA rep said it was not a AWD model The black shiny bits do look a little cheap. The lower rocker panel looked very aftermarket. Not bad if the car was black. The side profile isn't bad, just those discontinuous door lines are disturbing. Then there's that hood sans the power dome. I don't get it. Yes, reminiscent of a Charger. ok . gotta go. cheers! That M5 was an interesting green

Just saw it in person at M Track Day looks like a Lexus RCF... BIG Disappointment but the interior is amazing.

Can you be a little more specific about the good and bad in and out?

The front is a mess, but definitely makes a statement, what kind I don't know. The huge grille does appear a bit smaller since it does curve a bit on top and bottom (IMO the 1 dimensional pictures make it appear flatter, hence larger). The BMW emblem sits in a depression between the center of the grille, with the 2 Dodge Charger darts above them. The side view has a lot of Mustang and Lexus and Infiniti elements. The door line is sloppy; it runs from the rear quarter panel stops under the door handle towards the center of the door, then breaks, then continues a few inches down. to the front quarter. The top of hood looks passive from the side with no power dome. The lower rocker panel has the black shiny skirts that might flare out about 1-2 inches? Look like decent aftermarket pieces, would be better in matte or carbon. The rear is not bad, nice, larger diameter exhaust tips, aggressive diffuser but tail lights scream Lexus. I will admit the interior (from what I could see) was very nice and upscale. The seats looked like true racing seats, but maybe uncomfortable. The bolstering looked very padded and there was a maybe 2" x 4" carbon piece between your legs. A lot of carbon on the dash and console looked high end. This is the best to my memory ( I got there early and was able to see it twice, once before drive and once after). I wouldn't call it horrible though, just a very different departure from BMW. I'm also going to UDE today at Metlife for Autocross and will report back on thoughts of M3 IOM Green. cheers! off topic edit add: so I drove the 911 up there (great 2+ hour drive each way) and wanted to add that on the way back, a dbag in a black modded M2 was egging me on, I wasn't in the mood for driving like an ahole to prove a point (and my better 1/2 said no! lol) , however a blue M5 Comp saw the festivities and took the bait and destroyed him from what I could see. Not worth losing your license (or killing someone) over weaving in and out of traffic at 100+ like a db. Short spurts are ok, but save the hardcore stuff for the track!
