I'm in the LBB camp as well but think AW will look amazing with all the carbon pieces...not so sure about LBB

I keep trying to like it, but it's as bad as me trying to like liver or mayonnaise. It just isn't happening. Looking at the M4 photos just illustrates how right BMW got the F8X.

Man...IMO any of the three other colors look better than Alpine White

Front lights, square bonnet (hood) and fangs in bumper just don't seem to integrate too well. Clearly subjective statements. Something just not right about it but sure it will look way better in flesh.

Just for myself. I'd like to know from an AW-lover just out of curiosity what and why they prefer AW over mineral white.
For me MW has it all and AW nothing. This is why I really don't understand why BMW has it in AW and not MW. I mean all other colors are metallic colors. I mean they have sapphire black for a reason and not non-metallic-black. I just looks cheap to my eye and I saw thousands of AW BMW in real life. |

I know, some people like white, and that's fine. There are some nice whites. But this is very bland to me. And personally, the whole white/black theme has been done to heck and back. Every third car I pass that's in a similar segment (A45, S3, Golf R, etc.) is white/black. Just my opinion, but I'm way over white. |

More I see pictures of this car, the more I dislike it. The bumpers just look too awkward, like a bodykit that's trying to look way too aggressive. I think the M4 front end, despite also looking awkward from certain angles, just works so much better.
The lack of M mirrors also kills me every time. BMW has always had a very nice all-around package of cosmetic upgrades for the M-cars, the lack of mirrors just makes everything else look tacked on. |

Interior looks quite good from that angle. I just noticed the use of black chrome for the area near climate control

I don't know why but it annoys me that the shift boot and handbrake stitching don't line up and they didn't continue the blue sticking throughout.

It's the white color. Soft lighting hides character lines on light-colored cars.

The depth added by metallic paint does wonders for this car IMO
