(Carbon Fiber) Rear Spoiler Adhesive

I got two part numbers from two different dealerships. One is significantly cheaper but both are from BMW. Can somebody confirm this?

1. Circle BMW
2-Component Adhesive 82 69 9 408 866 $12.95

2. Morristown BMW
83 19 0 413 384 $37-$47

thats weird. maybe one is the "kit" with a piece of sandpaper, a little spatuala. and other stuff. and maybe one is just the glue? im really just taking a shot in the dark.

According to the www.realoem.com, the cheaper adhesive appear to be the universal adhesive for the rear spoilers. Is this right???
