Problems With Jlevi.com
Ive ordered form Jlevi streetworks before for my bimmers and most recently for my E55. Never had a problem until now. I ordered a few things and recieved all of it except my vorsteiner CF rear diffuser. Its been 2 months now and no diffuser. Every time i called or emailed them they kept telling me i was gonna get a tracking number and it was gonna ship anyday. Now they are not even returning my emails or phone calls. Does anyone know what the problem is with them if there is one? I dont know what to do? Any advice!
Im just shocked because I thought they were a solid company |

i have ordered from jlevisw numerous times. always fast shipping. & great customer service. maybe its just a mistake. one of them should be replying on here anytime.

Finally talked to Nick from Jlevi. As usual he handled it professionally. He emailed me a tracking number just now and it was shipped. Should be here by early next week. Hopefully it shows up and we move on.
This is the service I remember from other orders. I just got worried when it started to get around to 2 months and no answers. Nick thanks for the call |

I apologize that your diffuser took so long! It was not an item that we stock or order regularly, so there was no way to expedite the process unfortunately, and Nick has informed me that it had to be re-made. Glad everything got worked out and again, I greatly apologize for the delay - I wish we could have done something to better serve you this time around! Happy we could help out. Again, Vorsteiner did have to reproduce the diffuser because the first one did not come out to their standards but yours is on its way and should be there on the 1st. I sincerely apologize for any delay but I certainly would not want you to receive a defective diffuser so I am glad Vorsteiner's QC is so strict, even if it delays the order. |

Vorsteiner is better than Hamann but still it's a long freaking wait. I waited for 2 months for my V35 hood pre-order as well.
