I've been driving the M240i for weeks and I have to say its a great ride but visibility towards the rear is poor. I can't see this being any better in the newer models.

Don't criticize the M235i until you drive it. I gave it a chance and I am glad I did. Now I am buying one. I could buy a 330 and even a M340 if I wanted to, but no thank you. The M235i is nimble and quick. It has most of the same tech features as it's bigger siblings. Multiple tuning options are already out there. Trust me, when I am done this will have no problem keeping up with its big brother the M3.

Dashboard stain

Hello, is this a stain? Or is it an airbag protrusion?

It looks like a stain to me, have you checked with your dealer and see what he says?

I had this same feeling when I test drove the 2 and 3 series M sports back to back. I'm usually for all for RWD, but in this case the 2 series was just a lot more fun to drive than the 3 series. The 3 series feels a bit clunky and boring, although better than F30, where the 2 series feels very nimble and handles excellently. Why I also ended up ordering a 220i

Yeah I had the same feeling with the 3 series, which is why I went with the 2 series... I can't put my tongue on it but it just felt better to drive.
