Touch Up Paint
So... some Mother F... swung their door open and chipped some paint off my back passenger door. Anyone have suggestions on a good place for touch up paint?

Try the dealer. I bought a kit with 2 bottles, 1 touch up paint & 1 clear coat. I think it was around $20.

I have been using this from BavAuto and it seems to work pretty good. It helps to remove the height that you get from the blob you create with the touch up paint kit. http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp Its called Langka.

Try paintscratch.com......a little more expensive, but the match for my SG was perfect.

Don't use the brush in the touchup bottle. Go to an art supply store and but a good thin brush. Do it in layers, take your time and you won't get any BOLBS.

The Langka removes any blobs and comes with its own brush.

Another good trick and it's cheap is to cut a 45 degree angle on a paper match. Dip it in the base color and touch the chip to be painted. It will take a few coats to fill in but you have so much more control. Finish with clear the same way.

anybody us AUTOVISUALS touch up pen?
I just got it today and put one layer few minutes ago however the pen's color seems not really match the car paint Pen's color is a little bit darker IMO should I wait for more minutes and see if it needs to put another layer?
