Goodbye to my F30.

Well after soliciting opinions on a replacement for my 2013 335i xdrive, I just picked up a Alpine White 2016 550i xdrive this weekend. My local dealer was having a special sales event this weekend and allowed me to turn in my leased 335i 6 months early with no penalties. I'll miss the more sporty handling of the F30 since the F10 is definitely geared more towards a luxury highway cruiser (unfortunately this is most of my driving).

My new car has the following packages and options:
Alpine White/Black Nappa Leather
M-Sport
Executive Package
Cold Weather Package

I'll definitely still be hanging out in the F30 forum since it seems to be much more entertaining than the F10 forum.

Now lets get back to bitching about BMWs steering and loss of driving dynamics

but i might add, its due for a redesign very soon as i believe it hasn't been refreshed since 2011.

Thanks for the replies.

I know that the new 5 series is coming out in 2017 but my lease would have been up before that and I don't want to be a test subject for the 1st year model run of a new platform.

Nice! The 550 is a monster in it's own right. Fast and smooth delivery with that big V8 twin turbo! enjoy!

Siicckkkkk. I see 5 series as my next ride. But seeing as I just got the F30 about 6 months ago, i'm probably 8-9 years away from that with how long we own cars

Congrats!! The 550i M Sport was actually my first choice and I was very close to getting it until I changed my mind at the very last second.
