118d M Sport retrofit / replace grill with Diamond M135i and remove Active Grill

Hi, Can anyone walk me through this or recommend a UK fitter/styler who can replace my 118d m sport grill with the diamond mesh M135i grill i.e. remove adapt active grill in such a way to avoid CEL faults?
Thanks. I’ve seen a previous post from InCar (Hong Kong) but there were pictures only which I struggled to follow and the thread suggests some followers still reaped fault codes… I’m grateful for any help on this…

You can try coding akks in the dme to disable the CEL lights.

Does the 1 series come with the active grill? I have a 118i on order w/ the m-sport pro pack (black grill). Thanks
