Re-Introducing my 535i | Amini77
I believe I posted a thread about a year ago introducing my 535 when it was stock, while I had my E90 330xi. I sold that about exactly a month ago and started modding this.
Here are some pics of my E90: It was my first car and had a great time modding it but I had to sell it. The list of mods were too long, I can say now that they weren't worth it (near $6k worth of mods were put into it) . All I had to do to the F10 was throw in a JB4, ER Downpipe, ER Charge pipe, and AFE Intake and it's already beat E46 and E92 M3. Money:Power ratio...the n52 isn't worth it, n55/n54 is much worth it. Anyways here are some pics of the F10. I still have a couple of things to do such as perfecting the stance (spacers, adjusting the coilovers), a couple minor cosmetic mods, and a few more performance mods . In advance sorry for all the instagram filters, I haven't got around to doing a proper photoshoot for the car. |

Nice F10 Amini. The filters do make it hard to see some of the finer details but the rims definitely look good.

looks great. get some painted reflectors and it'll clean the front up nicely. wheels look perfect on there. we have basically the same car. mine has the 331s though and a set of gunmetal 18s for the winter. I even have the same performance spoiler and tint. congrats on your upgrade

Probably but after my e90 I enjoy the quietness in the cabin lol I might do an electric cutout but you only gain a couple torque from it. If you have any recommendations for exhaust set up let me know

There's quite a few exhaust u can go with depending how much u want to spend. Seems like no matter which way u go gains are minimal at least from all the threads I've read. One exhaust I've been eyeballing is the Armytrix.
Did u do all the upgrades at once or did u do them one at a time? If u did go one at a time did u feel any significant gains as u upgraded each time? And last...seems like your taillights are tinted? |

I figured thats why I'm probably not going to do exhaust mods, if anything just an electric cutout after the downpipe. They aren't tinted. I did them within a period of 2 months and yes the difference is significantly noticeable each upgrade (besides the intake). AFE claims 60tq gained from their intake with supporting mods but I doubt it. I just found a good deal and grabbed it. |

I heard BC were an uncomfortable ride so I chose to go with Megan. I have the dampening on 0 on bumpy roads its not the best in the back (little bumpy). I got them because it was a good price. KW V1 were good on my E90 but they were pricey.

Good to know you like the Megan's! If u adjust the damper settings higher does it make the ride softer or firmer?
