What is the correct process for inserting a previous CAFD file?

I'm about to take my car in for service and I'd like to set all of my programming back to stock. I backed up all of my original oem programming before I made any changes. I have not done any flashes or extensive coding, just simple changes.

What is the correct process for overwriting the current modified CAFD files in the car with the backed up files stored on the computer?

I know this is probably trivial for many on here but I'd appreciate a hand.

Thanks!

I think I may have found the answer from an F30 post. Could someone please confirm this is also correct for the F80?

Correct process. As long as vehicle is not updated, you can restore with system NCD's.
