Paint/Wheel Color Combinations

I've been messing around trying to come up with cool color combinations for paint and wheels. Here are a few I came up with. Post your favorite combo.

Montego Blue w/ gunmetal wheels

Montego Blue w/ bronze wheels

Montego Blue w/ gold wheels (I think these are too shiny or something)

Alpine White with Volk TE37 Mag Blue wheels (I heard someone say something about wanting this combo a few days ago and thought it sounded cool)

white and blue is a HUGE no-no.

Gold wheels looks okay on blue cars. White or Black car with gold wheels = sex.

For blue car, its kinda tough to pull off a clean look without just plain silver wheels.
I would say gunmetal or black rims with polished lip will look cleanest.

Wow, never thought I would like the AW blue combo, but it looks really awesome. Personally, I have gunmenal rims on my silver TT and I'm going the same route with my space gray 335i.

if your looking to go with unique colored rims such as blue, red, etc... i'd suggest you mod crazy and not look like a fool

I guess if you go a bit far with the bling-bling theme, it'll look bad. I've seen many black japanese imports(especially G35/STIs) with gold/bronze rims that looks really good on them without looking too flashy. Its all matter of how its done. Though I do have to say, gold rims on BMW or MB(higher class vehicles) would scream a bit more "bling!".

Hell yeah.

Seriously, White + Gold or bronze = the best.

I was going to do this with my E90, but I thought I would save the combo for sportier car that i'll get later on. Honestly though, Im not saying this cause I own a white car, but white car is by far the easiest color to match with any color rims. I mean blue car and gold rims look good too, but not as clean as white/gold.

white car + black/gunmetal rims is the best combination IMO.

Yep, I would say the "safest" option to look clean. Sometimes bright gold wheels on white car looks nasty. No matter what color the car is, gold wheels are always a bit risky. It really has to be done right.
