E90 Heated rear screen / de-mister not working?

Hello all I have recently purchased an E90, however the rear heated screen does not work.

The button lights up on the dash but nothing happens?

Ive checked every fuse but they all seem fine

Ive also replaced the relay but still no joy (however the new relay clicks when the button is pressed? old one didnt)

Theres no fault codes on the ECU

Battery eye says battery is health (and voltage seems fine)

pretty sure the heated mirrors aren't working either

Any ideas of what else I could try?

cheers

Try to reseat the 2 harnesses on the back of the climate control unit. When I first installed my dynavin, I didn't plug one of the harnesses all the way into the climate control unit and had the same symptoms you have.

When I pushed it all the way in, it solved the problem.

Have the battery to see if it's actually operating correctly. The car may shutting down the heating functions if it detects a low voltage problem.
