Location of o2 sensor fuse? 0.9V when unplugged.

Hello

As title reads im wondering if there is a fuse for the o2 sensor or if its integrated inside the ECU housing? If there is a fuse, where is it located?
Cant find any damage or split wire to where it may have grounded.

Anyone with similar issue?
When disconnecting the sensor it still shows voltage between 0.85V - 0.95V.

Car in question is 320d n47n.
