Mod is in Our Blood.
Mod is in our blood. What else do you modify besides your ///M?
My Modded "Things" - HD Sportster 1200, most parts changed to Brushed Aluminum and Chrome, Screaming Eagle exhaust - Turner Downhill Mountain Bike, upgraded brakes and fork - Pick up truck, a few surfing stickers. Maybe headers, intake and exhaust later - My son's bike helmet, safety reflecting stickers and a Spiderman decal

I modify everything I can get my hands on. I purchased a 10k sq ft warehouse and converted it into offices, art studio, garage, etc. Everything can be made more interesting. My career in advertising also allows me to constantly create and modify things - I'd say it's in my blood.

I feel the same. I have an Xterra that it is lifted and done some performance stuff to it. My motorcycle is modded with all the performance that you could put on a bike. I got the new X5 on order and even though I told myself that I won't do anything to it, I probably will. I also ordered my girlfriend the new 335i, we are doing the ED on that. She first was like she didn't want anything done to her car. Now she is asking questions about maybe some small mod stuff on her car. I told her that is the way everything starts.

I modded my house. I gutted the entire thing except for the roof and 4 exterior walls and rebuilt every single thing from scratch. I wish I could do that with my M3 for a race build. I mod everything including myself...I have a spiffy new haircut.

I have wasted so much money in modding in the past, I decided to be anti-mod.
I sold my modded E92 M3 for a E90 328i. I also decided to detune the sports suspension to the softer base version. Up next would be to swap out my M sport bumper for a standard 328i bumper. |

Well played, good sir. For me, it's a 1978 Ford Fiesta. This thing was a stationary hunk of metal lying in a junkyard in Nevada, with not much salvageable on it but a chassis (the dry Nevada desert gave us that) and an engine block. Now it's a 24 Hours of Lemons car for me and a few buddies. |

I tailor pretty much every item of clothing I buy other than t-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts. But slacks and jeans get hemmed, dress shirts and suits get taken in.
Also, I hear the OP on modifying bicycles. That was another money pit for my mod obsession back in the day. Bigger brakes, a better fork, lighter components, lighter rims . . . . |
