Luggage compartment wont't stay up

Hi everyone,

My luggage compartment floor wont't stay up after opening it. It goes beyond the point where it should click into position, however it falls back. I looked and checked and I can't see anything that is broken.

Its either not put in correctly or there is something missing. Could someone please make a photo with the mounting point?

Car is SH and got a 1 year warranty from BMW.

Problem found: it needs to click in.
