Not only is he in the middle of the road against the light and had it coming, but he didn't even try to get out of the way, basically realized he was going to die at the last minute, then pretty much froze!

It looks like the M3 was racing the car next to it, if you look at the last 15 seconds of the vid they are pretty much neck to neck and the m3 is pulling away... The guy walking in the middle of the street during a red light is an idiot, hope he is alive though...

Wrong. Watch it again. He started to run when he realized the speeding cars were coming... just a split second before the M3 hit him. At the same time, the M3 driver was trying to avoid him too, as he turned the steering to the right then left again.
