Black plastic behind rear view mirror

I came out to my BMW after it had been parked in the sun all day on a 100F day only to find half of the black plastic module behind the rear view mirror and against the windshield laying on the floor. It looks like it snaps together with the other half, but I'll be da**ed if I can do it.

Yup, it just snaps together. It's kind of annoying to get it together with the little space up there. I accidentally smacked mine off last weekend when cleaning the glass.
