How are the lights workin vette?

so, in sum, what are all the parts that we need? I will go ahead and purchase now, so i can do the install when i have time.

1) housings
2)....
3)....
4) ETc..

Hey vette, i see your in N.O. Any plans to come to Houston, maybe we can schedule a DIY shop or something, like the so cal guys/gals did. If no plans, make some!

so far everything is working fine. It would be nice to have the adaptive feature and maybe I will convert one day if I find the kit cheap enough.

basically you need the entire headlight assembly complete with bulbs and ballast ( ballest are mounted on the headlight assemblies).

Unfortunately I don't plan on going to Houston anytime soon, by the way aren't you guys fed up with New Orleans people by now?

so if i buy the headlight assembly, it comes with ballast? i'm a bit confused on this stuff, i though i would need to buy a halogen to xenon lighting format conversion kit (2-300 bucks) AND buy the housing separate (euro or u.s., whatever that costs).

I installed Osram and brex together last week.
From my opinion, just get Osram 6,000K bulb only.
This bulb makes the light blueish and look cool.

When I installed Brex, I lost some brightness. Compare to OEM yellow halo, it is much brighter. PMB? It will lose the brightness more than Brex. I wanted to take photo, but my headlight got fog inside and I was so pissed. It was my mistake not putting the plastic cover properly.

i want to put the xenon's in my car but im still on the fence......if that light comes on everytime i get in my car it may really chap my a$$.......i talked to my service guy today and he said there is no option to re-map a computer because the computer comes straight from factory already programmed......also they cannot replace my computer with a car with a different computer because they cannot get the part......if i could have em without the light problem i would be all-in.......help me guys what do i do?
