Damn true, Long. My 18" wheels have razor thin clearance to the rear brake and the 330 rear rotor is only 13.5 inches. Imagine the 335 with 14" brake rotor..

While we're talking about BBK's, anyone care to comment if any BBK will fit under the stock 162 wheels? I'm curious about the backspacing and clearance concerns that BBK's bring to the equation...thanks.

Hello, according to Rotora it should fit most 18" wheels. However it all depends on the spoke design. The best way to fix this problem is by throwing on spacers.

Longtran: I will talk to Rotora, if there are any further questions you need answered, email me at paolo@iaimports.com

Hello, these BBK's are direct bolt on so they are still compatible with the OEM brake setup.

bump spam?
come on man, who would buy brakes for 4k. I am trying to sell here profi recorder for about 500€ and no deal. If somebody would blow 2k for brakes, he would be driving M3 and not needing them. What is wrong with stock brakes? I love them and driving like a pig (well in Germany it is allowed, unlike in US).

Please read the forum rules mstorch. If you have nothing productive to say about the product, then don't say anything at all.

As per your comment there, why change the brakes? Well why change anything on a vehicle? Why upgrade anything at all? It's all simply a matter of personal choice.

I apologize Siopao for hijacking your thread momentarily. I just had to comment. Love the brakes btw. Wish I had the money to spend on it.

Socalty: it's all good. I agree. It's all about personal taste.

I'm currently looking for an E90 Owner who would be willing to purchase a BBK and possibly do a photoshoot with this kit.
Those willing to do this will receive special pricing.

PM me for pricing!

I do understand that, and i am driving on Hockenheim and Nürnburgring no more than twice a month, but in country where is speed limit on highways and such cruel punishes for out-highway speeding?
I must say i cannot complain against M3 brakes, are those any better?
