Definitely agree 100%.

Hi Lewis - congrats! Beautiful car. I might be a little different than the normal hard core modders so here's my take:

(1.) Carbon Fiber for lip and mirror covers only - anything else is trying too hard IMO

(2.) I think M3s look fairly cool external as it is - especially yours! - so I'd put my cosmetics budget towards the interior; IND and/or GT motoring sell OEM multi-color stitching e-brake boots, the m power handle, the DCT shifter, and even door trim. You can also get the carbon fiber trim but you might already have that. I definitely would do the center console and leave the carbon leather if you have it but purely my taste there. also I'd look into the performance alcantera steering wheel. You can get IND to give you a fire orange stripe in the middle.

(3.) As to mods ... my car is under warranty here in the US so until it's not I won't do anything that messes with the cats or engine. Production defects happen and if my engine blows because of a missed defect I don't want to have to spend $50,000 in legal bills to get BMW to pay me $40000. And I sleep with my attorney! Anyway, that means axle-back exhaust only for me. Your starter 3 choices are: Akra, BMW performance, Eisenmann. (or the exhaust mod which is the right choice if you don't want to change the look). if I were you? Akra with carbon tips or BMW w/ gloss black tips

That's how I'd do it, but we all have our own taste. have fun!

PS - do NOT turn off DSC. ever.
