Do E90 328i ESS tune before out of warranty yes or no?

Should I run with this set up before my warranty is up? So if anything happens I can blame it on the car itself and the ESS tune is reversible.

CPO and 6yr maintenace warranty Doomsday September 2013.

Thoughts?

Most people I know would rather wait until their warranty expires before doing engine work. Seeing as how the tune is reversible, I don't see why not?

Yeah so we can at least run it as hard as we can, then if it needs to be sent to the dealer we can say "I dunno whaaa happen!"
