Carbonio doesnt have BMW MY2025 as an option in their website menu, but they do have MY2024 which is the same front. However, in their drop down menu selection, X5s are not even an option to order plate mounts. I am not sure if the magnetic one would work. Unfortunately, all options I see for the LCI requires plate to be off-center. But, I could be wrong and there may another option out there, let us know what you find.

I live in Los Angeles too and i've never had any front plates on any of my cars. You cannot be pulled over by law enforcement just for not having front plates in CA.

I was ticketed once for speeding and i was given a fix-it ticket for not having front plates. I installed one and went to the police station to have the fix-it ticket removed and it was a no fine ticket.

Sometimes when i park in strict street parking areas, i do get ticketed for not having front plates and i just pay that fine (around $25) which is totally worth it rather than having front plates. and in 40 yrs of driving, it only happened to me twice.

I would take out the off center plates if i were you, but your choice... peace.

I had the Sly bracket on my MY 21 X5 but also didn't have DAP so I could put it center. I don't like the offset idea so hoping for a magnetic mount that I can put above the DAP sensor but below the front camera on the grill. And I want to occasionally take it off...

I got this response from Carbonio if anyone is interested. Still looking for a solution. I really wonder why no one has come out with a magnetic plate holder, Tesla has dozens of options for this.
