No credit on ED?

My dealer says the innovation credit cannot be applied on European delivery? I feel he was BSing. Is it true?

I did my contract on 10/20/2014 . and it was applied towards the car discounted price for euro delivery scheduled on 11/06/2014 pick up date.
YOUR dealer wants to make extra money from you.

What kind of pricing did you get? They gave me $1200 off ED MSRP but said the innovation credit can't be applied on top of it, which I felt was BS.

He's lying. IC can be used towards ED.

+1 The dealer will actually get the $750 credit and then they are supposed to apply it for you in the form of a rebate. It can be applied, but $1200 off Euro MSRP is still a good deal. **I know some of you guys got better deals blah blah blah but at the end of the day you're getting almost 10% off actual US MSRP here. . . Maybe the CA is misinformed about where that discount is actually coming from?

Hopefully the stealerships would just go away and we can buy online like Tesla is doing.

Yeah if they are not giving it to you as a part of your negotiated price is one thing.

But if they are saying ED's are not eligible that's BS.

I agreed to give up any incentives available on an April 2015 ED but got 2000 off of ED MSRP. But seeing as I couldn't lock today's incentives I basically rolled the dice on future incentives.
