Exhaust valve modification

Hello, I was wondering if I were to install an exhaust valve modification on my bmw with a key fob control, would it be detectable by the dealership and does anyone have any recommendations to quality brands where I could purchase one?

FYI---an M Performance Exhaust when installed (I did this on my M240i) includes the delete of the exhaust valve function-----this is from the factory. I doubt you will have any issue with bit fiddling with the valve. My 2 cents.
