Wiper Blade

So I live in Ontario and it's already started to snow… it's sad…. But does anyone how to put the wiper blades up, because the hood won't allow it? And what I should do for my bmw except change to winter tires, and a put a snow brush and safety kit in my trunk? Do I need winter wipers or no?

Not sure about the wiper blades. As far as tires i think you should be fine if you have the all seasons since it's X-drive. I live in the midwest snow belt and last year i drove a RWD Camaro SS with 455hp and 455tq from the factory with just all seasons all winter. It had a snow mode that helped.

I already have winter tires so I'm still gonna get those on because the road get fairly bad where I live.

Place the wipers in service mode, then they can be folded away from the screen:

Ok so I'll do it step by step how I did it.

1. get into your car then it on (engine on) then turn it off.

2. Then push the wiper stock all the way down for 3 seconds then let go…. (The wipers will be vertical on the driver side)

3. Then get out of the car grab them and pull them out.

4.Once you are done gently push them back onto the glass.

5. Get into the car turn it on and push the wiper stock down once from the middle position as if you are doing a quick wipe to make it go back to normal.

If you have any question, just let me know.
