Anyone done a bm3 on the 228i I’m gonna do it without back box delete and I’m wondering if the sound improves at all

Is your DME locked or did you send it away to be unlocked? I tried to research it to see if BM3 was able to bypass it and it was inconclusive but I think it can.

I have a 2020 built in 2019 pre lock

I am tuned through bm3 and mine was made 12/19 and it still needed unlocking. If you're sure your cars unlocked then you could buy a b48 tune and flash.
