I recently got my second hand (2021) F40 SE basic trim, bought on an impulse as it was £2.5k below lowest market price from a dealership and was offered a great deal for part-exchange.

Looking to add some creature comforts to the car now, first modification that I'd want is ambient lighting. I found an illuminated trim kit on ebay but have no idea if it's compatible.

In my car menu, there's no option for interior lighting, so I assume i need to do some coding to make it appear? Don't know where to start with this.
