ACM test pipes and ESS tune pass NY inspection

Getting ACM test pipes and the ESS tune, but concerned about passing NY inspections. Anyone had personal experience passing these silly inspections with the test pipe and tune?

As long as you don't have a CEL you should be in good shape.

not sure about NY, but in NJ, you need to pass the readiness test as well.

If they plug into your obd port you ain't passing. If it's just a visual your good to go
