I just noticed that GoldenWrench is having a full sale on their website for 20% off all items. Now is a perfect time to spice up those engine bays. I myself am picking up the grey cap set! Figured I’d share.

Note, GoldenWrench has another 20% off everything sale.
I keep looking at these (and the IND painted versions), but the idea of faux cap covers that stick on seems so cheesy. Anyone that likes them, would like to hear their opinion. I did notice they have an oil filter housing cap which is not a stick on cap cover, it replaces the BMW one. Not sure if new -- any feedback on it? A little more expensive than a billet cover at $147. |

Obviously can't give a long term review but everything that you have to transfer from the plastic cap snapped in perfectly. 2 months and a few hundred miles later, no leaks to be had. Like everything Goldenwrench makes, the detail and finish is impeccable and it looks amazing. That being said, even though it's a full aluminum replacement instead of a metal sticker, this is still 100% an aesthetic mod. Unless you're going full racecar, the stock plastic housing is sufficient. |
