You say is a 2001 335i, it has to be a typo, is it a 2010 335i?
adjust the price for wheels/tires/tpms and i make an offer, $2500 is on the high side

I don't think so. These rims are selling on Tischer for $1750 brand new inc. shipping. For the whole set maybe.
