The last car I bought on PCP was a C63 back in 2012....... am i right in thinking that is going back too far to claim?

If you can get some free money out of these 'Sharks' you need to give your head a wobble if you dont.

One word of caution though i have a couple of Merc Diesel claims which have been going on for years so dont expect the money any time soon....... worth a punt for an hour of your time though surely.

and that indeed sums it up... others will be taking advantage, you will end up paying anyway so hold your nose and join in as the moral high ground will just give you a headache and no money....and you will still get the bill!

Got a response from BMW Finance and Blackhouse within 28 days stating they are still investigating and will get back to me in due course. Fingers crossed they find some cash at the back of the sofa to send to me .

Did you contact BMWFS directly. I went through a company Called TLW solicitors on a Instagram advert a while ago.
If you did, what did you do/ fill in a form email etc

I filled out the email claim form on the Martin Lewis Moneysaving Expert website and it took about 2 minutes. No need for claims management companies.

Totally agree with the sentiment of your post Chris, the same thing happened to me on a 911, BNP Paribas wrote to me saying we owe you most of your interest back as we didn't send you an annual statement, no doubt our resident defenders of the corporate world would have returned the cheque.
