From my experience ~> I called USAA and actually got the 2000$ voucher for my M2C allocation. He assured me it would work with the M2C, then followed up with my sales rep who is the GSM at a BMW in California, also assured me it would work. He says its like a 2000$ check for the dealership and is good as money.

So you can't do ED with 5% and the USAA? I'm not doing my ED until next spring so I'm confident I'll have no problem when I order.
