For folks tracking ships that have left ports, is it normal to not have an update on position for three days? Or is that a limitation of not paying for the tracking platforms? Wild Rose Leader was initially updating position every few hours. Now it has been 3 days since last update. So we are somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic!

That is very normal. Last year when I was tracking my car I would go crazy not knowing it’s location 😂

They paywall the AIS coverage, so you end up with "blackouts".

Attaching a couple pics from Saturday! Drove it around this weekend and received a ton of attention, more than I’d like actually. 😅 Absolutely love the premium feel of everything and driving it of course. It’s currently in the shop for PPF, carbon parts install and tints. Definitely put a dent in my wallet but hopefully it will be worth it!

I bought mine as well. Did you buy any extra goodies in the finance office? I bought the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty bc I’m afraid of all the computers in the car lol

Wow we are literally twin’s lmao. I did the same thing! Honestly I didnt want to at first but felt like it was the smart thing to do given the technology and electronics. I applied for the BMW credit card and used it on that warranty. 0% APR on the first year and I won’t have until May of 2025 and I get points back. Will probably use the points on other goodies from the BMW shop

That’s funny! I wasn’t offered the credit card option, solid play! I was able to hustle them down a bit on the warranty though, it’s my least favorite part of purchasing a car. I dropped off today for PPF and tints. Went full Xpel PPF and heat rejection tints.

I was hesitant on the Portimao but Im glad i went with it. Somewhat changes color depending on the amount of cloud cover.

Beautiful! Love the contrast of the blue and black. Some more waiting for us since bith our cars are both in the shop for ppf snd tints lol. But once thats done I can fully enjoy the car without worrying about rock chips and scratches!

Vectors2final I wanted the frozen too but got lucky to meet another owner who said there is no paint correction or repairs for the frozen colors so that made up my mind. If I ever want her frozen I’ll wrap with xpel stealth haha. Any word on your delivery date?

Yeah, I knew that about the frozen colors. I detail as a hobby, and I've got a full wash bay in my shop. Wasn't a deal breaker, but I could see how it would be a pain if something were to happen.

That’s awesome, I’ve always wanted to get into detailing but never found the time.

I hope you get on that ship so you can cancel the subscription to vessel finder Shoot us some pics of the wash setup if you have time and remember. Looking for a nice electric pressure washer so I can start washing the car at home.
