What's this part called? Pic included.

During my grill installation, I broke one of the tabs that holds the grill in place. It doesn't look bad, but it sits slightly further out. So, my question is,
Is this a separate part I can order? I was on Tischer's site, but couldn't locate it. Or, is this part of the bumper that I can't replace? If that's the case, is there anything I can do to hold the grill a little tighter? I broke the bottom, inner most "hook." If it was a middle one that broke, it wouldn't be as noticeable...

Well, I kind of want to be able to take it off later on. I don't want to "glue" it on there...

glue the tab back together with JB weld before you put the grill in.

I used this thing called Plastic Weld by Versachem. It's supposed to take 24 hours for full strength. We'll see if it holds up tonight.
