I am hoping someone here can help me as I am loosing the will.

Ive just installed a RoadTop 12.3 screen in my F20 BMW 1 series. It has been installed as it should however I have lost all Bluetooth connection, Aux, and BT Audio. This means when selecting a song on the head unit it plays on my phone. I’ve lost rear parking sound as well.

The Aux is still showing in the I drive menu but it won’t allow me to turn the volume up. It seems all audio connection bar the radio has gone.

I’ve spent hours checking wiring etc and it’s all correct.

My car has a media pro pack and wondering if this could be part of the issue?

Not getting any response from Roadtop and Amazon (where I got it from) only give me an option for a refund.

Any suggestions as to what the issue could be here please?
