anyone have an idea what the intent of this message is? what is it communicating when actually produced and not in error?

i'm on my 3rd fan and just got it again ! mfmmfmfmfmfmfmff !!!

is this roughly the concern:

so in theory if the fan is failing it could cause the coolant to start to overheat and then could over heat the electric battery and hypothetically could cause a thermal event.
