Manual trans oil change

Hi,
New to bimmerpost. We have a 20d MS XD manual. Grand little car.
So it is finding it difficult to get from 1 to 2.
Alot of talk i see here about oil change to help, its 115klms (71mls).
Im sure it indeed would help alot based on the talk and it looks like easy to do. The open oil inplug does open easy and its certainly alot easier than the draining involving removing the pan system and 20 bolts some cars use.
My question is about what oil. The MTF Febi LT-2 LT-5 LT-6 and maybe Redline ATF D4 (can use on manual) but thats dear in EU and probably unnecessary. Or would the Redline transform it.

I think the original is the Febi LT-5 (yellow). Just not 100% sure (the colour that came out of it is very dark and aint yellow). I wonder can anyone confirm this? Or maybe LT-6?
What should I use?
Thanks.
