JB4 Install help

I have an euro spec 328i N20 with EGW. I bought my JB4 stage2 last year but didnt install it until this week since my car is barely used. Only has 7k kilometers. I try installing my JB4 with my mechanic, but when I started the car It'll stall. It shuts the engine off like theres no gas going through. My car Jb4 harness came with the solenoid tabs. I don't have the USB cable to update the firmware, but does this have something to do with the firmware?

take install pics, post on n54tech support and email BMS.
