Glad you are okay. I would hope they would total it. Looks like you have a decent amount of money into the car! Hopefully you get your money out of it!

Hard to tell. If rebuildable than I say F no. Will not be the same. It's your call if you don't want it anymore. you can try and get em to total it if it reaches that certain amount. That's what they did to mine. It was 30k to repair the motor because The front smashed into the bridge at 70 and the cosmetics were about 7-9k to fix. So they said let's total it. My bodyshop which works on all the cars for the stealership here said we're gonna total it because it's not worth fixing.

Holy shit. Glad to see you're okay man. Were the guys drunk or something?
Also, it depends on how much your car is worth and if your mods are covered etc. I've seen ///M's with $20,000 worth of damage repaired and put back on the roads, which sucks but what can you do. EDIT - Then again this guy got his totaled - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=625299 - so I dunno. Good luck. |

If they were then that is attempted manslaughter. I feel bad for the driver who tboned you. Other then that, You got a BMW to keep you safe and thats what it did. If their is any frame damage then the car is done. Thats why insurance is awesome.

THANKS GUYS.. we'll see what happens, ill let everyone know, i think there was frame damage which makes it more likely to be totaled. The kids weren't drunk i guess they hit the curb, got a flat tire, and spun out of control, either way they were going to fast.

100% chance it is totaled especially for a 325i. All the airbags, doors, fender, rear quarter, B pillar repair cost would be at least $15k.. also the seats, alignment, windows, etc. You're getting a new car bro.

glad your ok bro, but imho ... its not worth it, something in the frame most definately got tweaked, i would say part it out ... and put all the stock parts back on, and let the insurance salvage it
