Question regarding damage under front bumper

Hey guys, I was finally getting around to installing a front lip on my Mineral White F82 when I noticed the following damage under the front bumper where the lip would sit. I was thinking about taking the bumper of and using some JB weld to fix the crack. Or should I just get a new bumper all together?

If the crack isnt visible from above, i would just leave it as is and install the lip. From past experience, if you hit the bumper on something again, the JB weld will delaminate. The bumper is very flexible and epoxy is not.

You are also missing the pork chop thing with the rubber strip under the driverside.
