A/C issue
I only have cold air on driver's side vents. Passenger's side vents only has cool(ish) air. Heater control valve is new. Climate control set to cold/blue.
2010 X5M. Has anyone experienced this isuue? What's the fix?

My Duramax had this problem in the past where it would blow hot on the passenger side even when switched to cold with the dual climate control on that side. It was the blend door actuator on the passenger side that needed replaced and solved the problem. I'm new to the BMW's but maybe they have a similar part that may be the issue? Sorry just throwing that out there hopefully someone with more knowledge and experience wil chine in for some real help for you.

Agree that it could be the stratification flaps (called actuators on E70 for some reason) - number 6 in the diagram:
