Question 2012 135i lo and hi bulb replacement

Hi, I have 2012 135i m package.
I feel the lights have always been very dim.
I do a lot of night highway driving so I would like them to be very bright.
I have struck out right and left with getting a shop to help me with this.
Somebody suggested 6000k but im having a hard time finding the right ones to fit the connections.
I believe the 2012 is different than the other years possibly which makes it so I can't just use any year 135 bulb.
I have attached some photos.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

I personally use these D1S headlight bulbs for my 1er.

For angel eyes I'm using some H8 bulbs I bought from BMS, I don't think they're available anymore but there are tons of options available.

The first image is for the HID bulb, in case there's any confusion. The H8 is for the angel eyes. Two completely different bulbs and connections.

Changing the colour does not make them brighter.

All 1 series with HID use the same D1S bulb (it says D1S right on the bulb in your pic) and it is the same bulb for low beam and high beam. That H8 bulb is for the angel eyes.

If you want better light, get better bulbs, not stupid "5000k" or "6000k" fashion bulbs.

This is currently one of the best bulbs you can get.

Do not order from Fleabay or Amazon, most of the shit there is fake.

Highly recommend these bulbs. I have them in both my 135 and 328.

I'm still using the stock bulbs from the factory. While I'm sure they're dimmer from when they were first new, they provide plenty of light still. What I did to make them work better is to adjust the aim of the headlights a bit higher. The cut off to me was totally unacceptable with the stock specs for how they should be aimed.
