He said in a previous thread that they're expecting another 30 to ship either this week or next.

I'm still not done with my "PROcede preparation mods" [Quaife etc.]. Hoping that the fully integrated V2.1 [not V1 + harness] will be ready without a waiting list past xmas.

I'm like number 30-ish. I hope I make it in the next batch.

I'd like to know this as well, since I'm in the back of the line.
I'm assuming that I have another 3-4 weeks. I think if you add another zero to your number then I'm probably around there.

I supposed yesterday I was #800 in the list :sad0147: but heyy I guess i will get it by march 08 instead of getting ppl tire asking them when are they shipping it.
Just be patient, pretend you didn't buy it or that you are not getting it soon, just as what we did when we were waiting for our cars, it helps. |

I gave up on that strategy and ordered 1.47 and 2.0 concurrently. I now have 1.47 and oh my god is this car powerful! I suspect it will be a while before they get around to the 2.0 only version.

Listen I said it before..... at first I was bummed because I had a dead battery at the airport at 12 on ordering day, but now I'm ok with being #669, it gives me a chance to see if there are any bugs to be worked out, get an idea if there's any installation tips (I doubt this will happen), and get some tips on torque settings.
This is what I'm telling myself anyways...... alright, that was all bull shiit....I want it now. :sad0147:

They need to outsource harness manufacturing to China and they would all be done by now and would have only cost $10 (although they would probably not work and be coated in Lead and cancer!)

Volumes are too small to outsource this and have it be cost-effective.

I completely disagree. The quantities are on par with the harnesses we use with some power equipment models at Honda. And as far as being cost effective, these suckers are $150. Trust me, they are making a sh*t load A couple months ago I offered up my suppliers names, but no one seemed to care. Then I joked about taking a harness, sending it to Mexico or China and getting a load of them made up myself to get this process moving.
