Odd Fuel Pump Behavior

Doing some logging since I noticed some terrible timing correction issues on a log and decided to do some investigating. My first thought was poor fuel quality so I added close to 2 gallons of E85 and the rest 93 from costco. Didn't fix the timing.

I ended up going through the whole wash and set to see if anything was off, LTFT, STFT, boost, WGDC, LPFP, and it wasn't until I got to HPFP where I noticed something odd. Right by redline, the HPFP dips by about 400 psig of target, and then rises way over by about 600 psig. Its at this moment where I experience the strongest timing correction of the run. I'm also surprised the stock pump can even run at 3400 psig, as I thought the limit was about 3000 psig or 200 bar.

I observed this in both before I added E85 and after and just about everytime I i log.

Here are the runs

Before E85: https://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=6634...5a7112cb7eddf1
After E85: https://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=663b...bc091026be86fd

Is my HPFP failing? or am I missing some other element here.
