'22 M40i Pro Edition

A few brand new Pro Editions on AT, dealers must have snapped them up as never see the option to configure on the UK site. Frozen paint has grown on me somewhat although I would not have specced it this time round

So much for BMW's policy of prioritising builds for actual "customer" orders LOL.

£70k and doesn't come with Teck Plus Pack !!! Although I do like the Malachite Green Metallic one, but £72K

Good find. Weird wide range in pricing though. The £61k one looks like a good deal for a prompt car. Guess these were built for BMW UK as limited edition run.

Yeah, there was one on last night for £82k!? They must have seen sense. The £61k looks to be at my local BMW garage. May have to pop in for a look while I wait for mine (currently scheduled for delivery w/c 3rd Jan)

I suspect these will get snapped up pretty quickly if sold as new car PCP.

These were on the BMW build your X3 page back in May/June when I was ordering my M40i. It seemed at the time that it came with carbon interior trim, M seats, M carbon mirror caps, different color options etc as standard but had no price at the time. My dealer when I mentioned it to him had never heard of it as it wasn’t on his system as a car he could order.

I received the same info from PL back in July.....no details and no system details so cannot order or spec. The only detail as confirmed is that was only available in deep frozen grey paint, which lost my interest straight away.

I also requested details on the M Seats as back rest width adjustment was not available as an option. BMW stated that the M seat option did not have seat width adjustment which is contrary to the number of LCI X3's ive seen with this option fitted!

The specs show a slower 0-60 4.9, slower than the previous 4.4. Also less hp, 355hp down from 382hp. Just comparing the specs on those listings to my MY21. Was this a global reduction or just in a certain location?

I love the frozen paint…

Just to check, US spec quote 0-60 MPH, Euro Spec is 0-100KPH (0-62MPH). LCI M40i HP shows as 360HP on BMW UK, which is the same as the last pre LCI model on the UK M40i model ?

I never realized that UK X3 didn't get the hp bump on the pre LCI MY21. Or in the LCI.

Here is the spec on that pro edition.

Euro is quoted in HP, not BHP, don't know if they are measured at the same point in the drivetrain.
