wheel bearing issue

i have a loud noise coming from my wheels. its got extended studs and was lowered before i bought the car. im thinking of changing my wheel bearings after changing my tires the noise is still there. how do i know which side wheel bearing to change? im thinking the passenger side. but not sure if i should change both front sides?

Make some turns, if you turn right and noise increases it will be the left side. It's opposite the side of turning.
You could also jack up the car and spin the wheels by hand and hold onto the spring and if you feel some grinding in the spring that can indicate a bearing
