Purchased back in January of 2022 with 55,100 miles. I have since added around 5,500 miles to it with a portion of it being daily driving while waiting for my G80 M3 to arrive. After I took delivery of the G80 in April of '23, this car has been stored in my garage with occasional use on a nice day.

History of car is largely Texas outside of a few years in Kansas between 2020 and my purchase in 2022. While it was in Kansas it only had 2,000 miles added to it. Since 2022 its been in Georgia.

Rod bearings have been completed through verification by my local BMW service center (Global Imports Atlanta). These were done under a recall at around 21k miles.
Tires are Continental all-seasons with plenty of tread and match all around.
Wheels are not original to this car and were changed by previous owner. My guesses are they came off of a higher mileage car as they have some corrosion and are not reflective of the condition of the car itself.
Driver seat has had a tear in the past that was repaired. You can see this in the photos.

2022 –
Oil change – liqui-moly service back in 2022 with clean Blackstone analysis (see following slides). Car is currently due for Oil change at 5,000 mile interval which will be completed prior to sale.

New OEM upper coolant hoses and coolant temp sensor
Both throttle position sensors replaced and throttle bodies cleaned
1-step paint correction
2023 –
New windshield cowl & windshield rubber moulding
Convertible top rebuild of latch motor
Valve cover gasket replacement to resolve oil leak

Yaw sensor replacement

Window tint – this is on windshield as well and there are tears where state registration stickers go
19” Style 67 wheels – these likely came from a higher mileage car as they have wear not commensurate with condition of car

Bavsound E46 speaker upgrade – rear speakers need to be still installed

Wheel spacers 12 / 15mm
